はじめに
2025年冬、四街道市千代田の住宅街の一角に、
小さなロースタリーをオープンしました。
緑豊かで、子どもたちの元気な声が響くこの街から、
毎日のコーヒーをもっとおいしく、もっと身近に。
AERO CRAFT COFFEE（エアロクラフトコーヒー）は、
そんなシンプルな思いから生まれました。
The Beginning
In the winter of 2025, we opened a small roastery in a residential neighborhood of Yotsukaido.
From this green and peaceful town, where the cheerful voices of children fill the air, our goal is simple:
to make everyday coffee more delicious and more accessible.
AERO CRAFT COFFEE was born from that idea.
“AERO（エアロ）”って何？
aeroには、空気や空を連想させる響きがあります。
aerocfart（航空機）は空への憧れや好奇心。
craftが意味する職人の技と丁寧なものづくり。
AERO CRAFT COFFEEには、そんな意味を込めています。
コーヒーにはまだ未知の可能性があり、
時代とともに技術の進化や革新は続きます。
それでも、好みは人それぞれ。正解はありません。
空気のように軽く、雲のように自由に。
AEROは、特定の考えや価値観にとらわれることも、
それらを否定することもなく、
明るく伸びやかな感性でおいしさを探求します。

These are the ideas behind the name AERO CRAFT COFFEE.
Coffee still holds endless possibilities waiting to be discovered. Everyone's taste is different, and there is no single definition of what makes coffee “good.”
